- Damage as a result of accidents, collisions, contact with foreign materials, impact, submersion or use of product after a defect has been found.
- Cosmetic damage related to body parts.
- Products which have been modified in any way from the standard specifications as shown in the Owner's Manual.
- Depreciation or damage caused by normal wear and tear, corrosion and routine maintenance, or lack of reasonable maintenance
- Vehicles purchased through auctions or other liquidation outlets.
- Normal maintenance parts including, but not limited to spark plugs, brake pads, drive belts, air filters, clutch plates, oil and lubricants, batteries, light bulbs and tires.
- Damage from theft, fire, vandalism, explosion, water or acts of God. - Improperly installed accessories or use of parts or accessories that are not approved by Linhai Canada.
